Shadows
Long, dark shadows,
Lurking in your past.
Hidden fears and sorrows,
Not letting you to rest.
Mourning for tomorrow,
Don’t do it, its so vast.
Walking a path so narrow.
Gonna find a hidden chest.
The future looks so dark.
Can’t see a flickering light.
It could not be so bad.
Catch a luck star, I might.
I saw a singing lark,
On a tree, in a day so bright.
It was wrinkled, yes the bark.
Having every leaf green, in sight.
She was vigilant, yes the girl.
Wearing locket and rings of gold.
She was confused, sad and alone.
Like spinning in a whirl.
