Simple But Complex
What is a word?
It can hurt. It can heal.
Have the right words and you
can create magic.
A simple smile
on a young child's face.
Or the look of hurt
when you say what's true
but not worth saying.
Like a poison's not worth eating.
Usually what poison's the most; most suddenly, most effectively,
is knowing.
That it is true. A fact.
Sadly.
But there are some things that everyone knows is true.
But everyone also knows,
that they should keep their mouth shut.
But usually, they find out too late.
But that's how it works.
