Satyam
The cave fish swim
Round and round
Going nowhere
Blind in the dark
Most have no eyes
But one fish sees
Sees the blackness
Feels the hopelessness
The fish with eyes
Wants something more
He tries to explain
The others cannot understand
So he leaves the pool
Completely alone
With no direction
No illumination
He kept swimming
Ever onward
Away from his school
Towards the light
He could not see it
But he knew
It was out there
Somewhere
The glassy water
Began to ripple
The tug of a current
He swam faster
The river pulled
The fish pushed
Together they ran
A white circle appeared
The water plunged
Through the cave mouth
Tumbling
Sparkling
The fish fell
Ecstatic
Into the sun
His eyes at last
To see the truth
