Sick to sick
Pushing away
The time
The pit

Falling hard
Upside down
Drips of black
The broken sound

The past a chill
Hidden in sight
Buried away
Losing the light

Broken wire
Cold
No heat
The fight of self
Bruise and beat

Fragile time
A far away place
Ashes to ashes
Refuse to face

The author's comments:
I was in a gallery inspired about negative and positive space, and I saw this painting. It was black and white with silhouettes of random things; broken lamps, knocked over stool, junk...all broken, just pushed away, hidden. This inspired me to write this. I want you to interpret it as you will. There is no right answer, just a feeling
