Taken at birth
given to mother earth
my pure body lays cold
as the ground starts to uphold
given a choice Life
or Death
lost in my age
god is the only way
but, i have many dues to pay
as your rays of life recreate
i still lay in vain
waiting for my form to raise
seeing your smile is all i hold dear
when all i dream of is fear
as your smile leads to tears
only i can't stop from seeing the years
creating the rise and fall
dust to dust you will live on
within very little to look upon
burning in my chest i will be reborn
with knowledge 2x what i had before
leaving this old body in which i am you
only the younger few
but you lead
