Gone.
Standing at my doorstep,
My eyes overlook your hand gently grasping mine.
Sobbing as the memories swarm throughout my head,
We created during our time.
Searching for the words to keep you here with me,
Just one more day.
Instead I just keep mumbling random words,
That only pushes you further away.
As I speak to you trying to keep you here,
You just slowly walk away.
Your hand no longer gently grasping mine,
This is our goodbye,
The ending of our time.
