I Love
I love my home.
 I love my planet true.
I love the thing I know
and all the people I knew.

 I love the summer sun
 I love the winter snow.
 I love the autumn leaves.
 And spring wind blow.

 I love the busy cities.
 I love the tiny towns
 I love the tall buildings
and the houses close to the ground.

 I love the past.
 I love the present.
I can't wait for the future
 to come at last.

 I love the rolling hills
 I love the flat plains
 I love the swamp land
 And the salty rolling waves

 I love the faint whisper
 I love the pounding bass
 I love the slow rhythm
 that comes from this place.

  I love the towering trees
 I love the soft grass
 I love sandy beaches
 I never look back.

 I love my family
 I love my friends
 I love the fun
 that never ends

 I know this place
 I know this time
 I know the land
 that is mine.

I love the people that I know
I love the people I have seen
I love the people I've yet to meet
 or ever see again.
