The Hidden Side

Fluorescent pink; that’s me—
bright and bouncy,
attention grabbing and never ignored,
having fun and enjoying life.
But somewhere underneath is an unseen part of me,
a dull gray is hidden behind the smiles,
behind the giggles and jokes.
However, fluorescent pink will always show
I am an amazing actress.
