Absence
A relationship like a field of violently yellow sunflowers.
Pleasant to the eyes
Vivid and joyous
Alive
But still drooping
Shadows are cast like the thin silhouettes of troubled lives
Often shaking and quaking in the wind.
How weak.
How bleak.
And fragile one must be.
Hate is not hate
But the absence of love.
