The person I look up to and who keeps me motivated
The person I dream of being
The person who I want to be better than and accomplish more goals than
The person I want to be remembered like
They say I have potential and I see it
Sitting in the bat cave contemplating
Drinking Dom Perignon watching the latest news
While cleaning the new VO falcon
Senses of urgency when you see the bat signal out the window
Putting on your cape and your gadgets
Sliding down a pole the leads to the garage
In it a bat mobile all black so sleek
Its fast like Ferrari but quite like a mouse
Fighting crime in the night attending to every scream
No side kick you’re the best of the best
At the top of Gotham city they depend on you
Keeping your ears and eyes open for the joker
Simultaneously keeping in mind there are other villains to be cautious of
Saving lives everyday looking for no recognition
You were born to be a hero it wasn’t your decision
No super powers makes you distinct from the others
The world is ignorant to the fact that Bruce Wayne’s behind the mask
Waiting for the Bat signal to appear in the dark sky
Knowing that it could at any second that passes by
