Coursing through your body,
Aching and twisting like a disease,
Pulsing like a drum to a beat,
Calling and withering,
A weakness that only grows,
Wanting to be felt…
Pain.

The author's comments:
when I read my poems to my grandma she states that I find a way to connect with the reader. I'm glad that I am able to do so because people need to know that other people know and understand... its comforting to people and that's why I love to write. I write about different situations, events, and emotions.
