Sunset
The tingly clementine
drifts and mingles with the hues of blues
as the whiffs of clouds slowly paint the canvas with a pale grey.
The bands of colors, pinkish, orangish, slowly
dot out the desolate pale blue sky
as the sun slowly falls down
down
finally succumbing to gravity
after a long day.
The trees
peacefully watching
the tangerine sunset
slowly gazing
as the pinks, and the oranges, and the blues
the telephone pole
slowly fade away
replaced by the velvety shade of night.
as the merry stars begin to twinkle and laugh.
