The Other Girl.
She’s scared you know? The dark. She says it hurts. So she follows me everywhere. She tells me I make her feel safe, and she makes me feel safe. But when she needs me most she disappears. I can never find her in the dark. I tell her everything and we’re like twins, we have the same nose and haircut. But the other kids laugh at me, and call me weird. They tell me she’s not real and call her a name she doesn’t like. They call her shadow but she's not only a shadow she's my best friend.
