A 1960s Day

You say that your music is better than mine,
and I ignore it, just fine.
My head is in a much different time,
Where songs were actually supposed to rhyme.
I long for when my hippie hair would be okay,
For now I guess "emo" is okay,
I don't bother saying its rude to say,
I just long for a 1960s day.
