The Mother
Her eyes filled with shame
Because once again I'm in the wrong
I have to walk around on eggshells
 But I should of tiptoed
 One broken shell, and
 The world collapses
 I'm no good, just
 Greedy, Selfish, Disappointment.
Her words cut like the scissors that cut
 At my skin.
She doesn't realise her words torture my soul
I never look right, say the right thing
 Never. Done. Right
'I'm Sorry' I say, but why does it matter?
 She will always be right
Her eyes always filled with shame.
