Zero Gravity
I have never seen so many rises and falls over the hills of my life;
until this year that is.
The valleys had transformed into abysses,
so deep that the sunlit sky was swallowed in darkness.
Yet, some mountains grew so high they
lost gravitational pull due to giddiness .
The Universe's longest ladder pulled me
out of the graves I had dug for myself,
and now the mountains will only get higher.
I lost some friends, but that's okay.
I didn't really like them anyways
because I found the person who I care about most,
who sits next to me on our ever growing mountain
through outer space we go.
It's been an interesting year
and a stressful one too.
But now I'm in zero gravity,
and there's no falling back to earth.
