Ugly Me
I used to look in the mirror and see the beautiful incredible me,
Just like my dreams,
Then you took that away from me,
Now all I see is the ugly me,
The ugly me.
I used to walk down the street,
I used to be proud to be me,
I used to hang with my friends,
I thought my happiness would never end,
You took that away from me,
Now all I see is the ugly me.
I used to believe,
That we were meant to be,
I believed you were my everything,
I gave you my heart,
You easily earned its trust,
So you could simply through it aside,
You tossed it into the dust,
Now all I see is the ugly me.
I used to believe,
That you were my dream,
I used to believe,
I was always right,
Now I believe your nothing but a memory,
Now all I see is the ugly me.
Now all you see is the beautiful me.
