Lost In Winter
The crisp crunch of the snow underfoot.
The icy breeze blowing through me.
The pure, innocent, white, of the snow.
The gentle rustle of the barren branches,
Of the desolate, eerie trees.
The subtle feeling,
Of being alone.
The grey, sullen sky,
Overcast and depressing.
A small, white, puffball,
Lands on my face.
Melting slowly.
Dripping gently.
