Music
You can see music, you can feel it.
But there is nothing like experiencing it.
When the strike of a chord or hum of a tune,
Is all you feel moving inside of you.
There are different types for every mood.
It can be helpful if there is something you want to elude.
Sometimes there isn't a specific message it's trying to get across;
But music can definitely help heal the pain and loss.
A simple beat, a tap of the drum,
Is all it takes for your feet to go "thun, thun, thun."
It moves through you like a positive infection,
And it can teach the average person a moral lesson.
Sometimes you feel like the artist knows you better than anyone out there;
Especially when you're current status is so up in the air.
A simple strum is sometimes all it takes,
To let you know you're listening to something great.
A voice that dives into your soul and reaches the depths of your heart;
It's no wonder music is considered art.
A life without music is impossible to picture,
There would be no soundtrack to your life of adventure.
Music changes the world every day,
It knows the words when you've lost your way.
It heals your mind and spirit,
How blessed are we that we can feel it?
