Aquianted
I’ve been acquainted with a stuff toy.
I’ve sat in a corner - watching other’s amusement
I have been neglected like a worn teddy
Sitting down hoping to get played with
But sadly passed on for a better, newer toy.
With still a sewed smile on my face,
I will not give in to the bitterness of being forgotten
Little toy , forgotten toy , stop wishing .
No one can hear your cries coming from deep inside.
Oh, forgotten toy , better luck next time.
Keep dreaming for a better world.
Even when it’s a lie.
You’re just a bore.
Remember the time,
When you were mine?
