Tick tock, Tick tock
Goes this magnificent clock
telling us our time is almost up
Yet we ignore this much needed reminder
And just was our
Oh so precious
Time away
Tick tock! Tick tock!
Now screams this angry clock
It wonders why?
Why do we ignore it?
It has done us no wrong
Yet we banish its cries
And create the illusion of eternity
Tick tock, Tick-
Suddenly the ticking stops
The clock has given up
Us humans, so naive
To ignore this Ticking Clock.
