Where Wise Men Die
The bleakness engulfs
But I’ll never retort.
Lonely dimensions.
A house with
No windows,
No locks.
Directionless
In a vast void
Barren of all.
No sight.
No sound.
No senses.
Uncertain of a path
Below or above
Yet stuck in between.
Something is getting in the way.
The nightfall has taken over.
Hollow heroes would collapse.
One by one.
Get out while you can
But I’m not going anywhere.
