A Feather In The Wind

Like a feather in the wind,
Seen but not cared for,
I live my life being ignored and pushed away,
Looking small and easy to break,
Though nothing can break me more than I am already,
Sometimes the people think I am beautiful,
A great keepsake,
But they themselves would not keep me,
I do no harm and never plan to,
Yet I'm pushed away and taken by the wind,
A feather in the harsh winds of depression.
