Winter Kiss
All alone in the snow
Watching the snowflakes fall
To the floor and on me
Each a different shape
My boots leaving evidence of my arrival
Stick my tongue out and catch
A snowflake maybe two
Bend down and lay on the
Floor
Letting the snowflakes kiss
My body away
Till I am buried with the snow
Ready to sprout out
During the rebirth of the
Warm season to come
