, my thoughts of her don’t deter,
The horses of my heart rush, they’ve been spurred,
I heard being in love is a good thing,
It’s not being insane or a mood swing,
My feelings mix and mingle like chips and sprinkles,
It doesn’t make sense, so hence I rip and wrinkle,
The failed attempts of wooing that dot my bedroom,
I wonder if he’ll answer, he said soon,
He is going to ask her if she is interested in a certain individual,
Then forward me the message, so I can make a move.

Once I get a sign, I’d make with great precision the big decision,
The one that’ll put other brothers out of commission,
The wait grows longer, like Goku’s red staff,
If I don’t get an answer, I’m going on the warpath,
Then my front pocket shook the earth like a rocket,
I whipped my phone out too hard and it flew, I couldn’t stop it,
Without a thought, I was on the go,
I crashed to the floor at the speed of not slow,
Grabbing the phone, I slid the “unlock” ribbon to see what it would show,
