Perfect
“Why do you like him?”
People always ask.
“He’s so weird.”
Other would remark.
A thousand reasons would come to mind.
Long lists of compliments that I wish I could tell him.
Millions of adjectives to describe him,
His perfect smile,
His perfect eyes,
His perfect laugh,
Hi perfect hair,
His perfect sense of humor,
His perfect voice,
His perfect personality
But there’s nothing better,
Nothing sweeter,
Nothing kinder,
Nothing bigger,
Than his perfect heart
As much as I would want to explain every detail,
I answer with just one sentence,
“He’s different.”
