Winter is cold and harsh
But the sight of snow brings joy
People wish the snow wasn't so cold
But then we wouldn't call it winter

Diseases and flues spread like wildfire
It effects young and old both boys and girls
Some say medicine is the best cure
But others say a nice warm home is better

Winter is a time of cold temperatures
Medicines, snowmen and sledding
But most of all winter brings
An amazing winter wonderland
