you'll never see me (in the style of e.e. cummings)
you’ll never see me;
 i’m stuck in the spring
 i thought i’d watch our love become a garden;
 but lilly’s wonder couldn’t disguise
 rose’s thorns
 life took control
 (i guess the Rain stopped
 because) each petal fell, and
 all the buds never saw the Sun
 you are the Rain,
 manipulating my garden
 you, solely, decided to
 stop
 so the garden is now a barren reminder
 that i’m trapped in the last spring;
 while you,
 and your drops ,
 are open to
 fall
