Runaway Child
Abandoned and forgotten
Out in the world
All alone and downtrodden

Hungry and scared,
Too much to fear,
Such a tough life,
For someone of her years.

Youth gone too soon
Trying to escape the strife
She needs a miracle
To save her from this life
