The World is Mine
Like a minnow swimming in the vastness of the sea,
Seeking relief in the discovery of the unknown,
Encompassed by turbulent currents,
I find refuge in the unexplored.
My plane has always been grounded,
But it is now ready to fly,
Like a hummingbird flying in this big world,
Craving the perspective of God's eye.
The sounds of the oceans waves
And the white smoke of the conclaves.
Mountainous coasts and unknown ghosts,
Great Walls and intimidating waterfalls,
Quaint villages in need of help,
And languages each with their own melody,
Draw me towards them like a Siren's call.
