Company
She runs around, her young soul
She sees it different, the leaves on the trees
She notices details others fail to care,
She opens her hart, even to the fiercest of bears.
Silly and naive,
Never will she see, she cannot be saved from her own company.
She will kick, she will scream, but they will never hear her plead,
They could never care, they take and take and never return
She gently wipes her tears and approaches the cold floor
There, she will sit mourning and alone, there she will watch the world.
