The memories fade into black and it gets darker
Only memories can light up this hallway of mine
Have you painted over the pain
And created new shining murals with colors so vibrant?
Don’t burn the pain,
It’ll just hurt more
And ignite a stronger fire against me
I can’t let go.
I’d rather stay in this house of hallways
That’s just left to burn.
