Broken Glass
Here I stand
 On the cold floor
 The world won’t rotate
 Anymore
 In the quiet
 Everything has changed
 The universe
 Is rearranged
 Running through
 The open night
 Stars burn out
 Lose their light
 Fighting fire
 Fear and hate
 Gonna grasp
 My final fate
 Winning some
 Losing all
 From the blackened
 Heights I fall
 New Year’s dreams
 Kissed my face
 Broken glass
 Takes their place
 So much pain
 I left behind
 So much love
 I’d hoped to find
 My burdens fall
 To the ground
 Golden light
 All around
 Masquerades
 Curtain calls
 Silver dreams
 Midnight balls
