Favorite Quote:
I am silent today; I shall not live for yesterday but only speak for tomorrow.

I starred at her
She stared back at me
Screaming words through solid glass

I starred at her
Letting the deafening words create rippling thoughts
And they pierced my heart like a double edge sword

I starred at her
while putting my finger to her lips
To silence her once again just like before

And so I starred at her
My reflection in the mirror

The author's comments:
I was inspired to write this piece because I put a lot of pressure on myself to do well at everything. What this symbolizes is how I am my own worse enemy and that I will never be perfect. So I lock the monster side of myself inside and always try to look for the bright side. I hope others see that we are all master pieces waiting to be discovered and they should never put themselves down.
