"Poetry is like the pollen of a flower, so delicate and sweet, and spreads as rapid as the seeds of a dandelion."

The way your leaves flow in the wind
it looks so beautiful
Your petals look a pretty pink
and fall so gracefully
Watching you grow into a big,
majestic and strong flower
makes me want to paint you
Pastels and pinks,
the shades of your petals
are beautiful and full of life
But so long for now
it's winter here at home
Darlin' I'll see you again
Tending your home on the wild
side of the hill
My dear I'll always love you

As the last poem of mine was about, this one is about my grandfather as well. When he past I planted a rose on the side of our land where he always had a garden and I see it grow and die as time goes on. I hope you'll enjoy it! xoxoxo
