The Frozen
I always thought it would be fun,
To taste the golden drops of sun,
To know what life was like for once,
It would be the best that ever was,
I always thought it would be great,
To feel the winds and force of change,
To fight the battles that you wage,
To pass the pitfalls, turn the page,
I always thought that would be fun,
But work is duty and must be done,
On a regular basis, devotion is ageless,
But I have no time to go to places,
Nor the courage,
Nor the will,
My heart is stone,
Forever still,
To life as it was and is and will be,
As for you, well we'll see...
