One & Only
A voice echoes in my eats
Dignified words linger in my mind
Forgiveness,compassion,& eternal hope
And then I'm reminded
We all had a modest beginning
From Earth's dust: we formed
With a clear purpose at hand
To live our lives for Him
Without judgement, without worry
We see life through his eyes
Remaining humble and content
I let go and place my trust
My sins, my burdens, he will bear
For he made the Ultimate sacrifice
An act of only pure love
The healer's hands forfeited the price
So one day we could unite up above
Spanning from the east to the west
For me, for you, for all of us
My heavenly father, my savior
