Black and White
Hiding in words,
Will find you no peace,
In a world where all you have,
Is pens and ink.
White paper with pure black notes,
Doesn't help my thoughts erode,
Hiding in words will save you not,
Though it is simply all I do.
I speak to you,
For my hope is true,
Knock knock,
I won't let you in.
I try to open the door
With my broken key
Don't leave me in the cold
Help yourself by helping me.
For I can help you none,
My story is told and done,
You no longer hold the key,
To my misery.
