Plain Sight
Disappeared down an alley
knives flashing their deadly color
An endless spurt of red and green
with the hint of quicksilver
The ghost is twice dead
Back for round three
A perpetual ring of circles
Dazzling in brilliance and virtuosity
Broken with the tap of a hammer
The end coming before the beginning.
Or anywhere in-between the
lines house the story and the
ghost lives on
the stars glow eerily and the lava
rumbles from the ground
north is now south but east is still east
An endless circle, a triangle of unity
A square of balance frees the mind
to think of infinite thoughts
Into eternity we travel where we may
know everything about the spots on the beach, the scars on their backs and
the lost love of the forgotten. I feel hands
grasping, invisible people I see
and ambitions I absorb.
