Sing Along
you're the bridge in the song i scream along with in the car
and i'm not sure if i have a reason to sing along anymore
because the lyrics that made me laugh and smile and know
my life with you was waiting for me
now makes me tear up and remind myself we still have a life
even if it's going to feel wrong it will be right
so i turn the volume up so loud i can't hear my heartbeat
and belt along through the tears and laugh and pray
because we're not even to the end of the album yet
and maybe right now the song is sad when it used to be happy
but i can hear it changing into something to sing
in recovery rooms as a way to say i made it i made it i made it
with you
