"Stop all the pain you're causing and have hope!" ~By me!

I wait at the foor of your bed

In the closet

In your head

I'm a familiar stranger

I'll wait for you

Don't stress I'm not a danger

I'm a friend

Yet an enemy

It will never end

I'm not accepted

But Always there

I'm death

And I'm waiting

"To these the past hath its phantoms,
More real than solid earth;
And to these death does not mean decay,
But only another birth"
- Isabella Banks

This is a very powerful poem! I love the way it flowed so easily, and how real and strong the message was! I love how you call Death a friend an enemy, since it truly does work both ways. I suggest "The Five Boons of Life" by Mark Twain, it just really fits with this piece :) (Don't worry, the short version os only a few pages!) Have fun ^_^
