In the boisterous yet private train station.
We sat on the firm metal chairs
Marc's face serious as a drill sergeant.
Taking a deep breath I uttered:
"You can't tell anyone this
but _________"
He gripped my hand
Caressing my face as if he understood.
His touch making me feel secure and appreciated
I could see the shocked yet compassionate expression in his eyes
The curtain of our trust becoming opaque
The impersonal train station, now felt a part of us.
