A Shared Moment
Visiting a new home, I hope
it’ll like me and want me
to stay within its castle walls
and twisting halls. I’ll probably
get lost inside, if I enter
and don’t get lost beforehand.
Scarlet ivy drips down
bricks and catches autumnal
daydreams of you, relics of
my mind, at this point, but
still the dew is wet and the
hour is ours to tightly hold on to.
