Favorite Quote:
No good deed goes unpunished

Hatred flowing through me

Every breath I take . . . unsteady,

Wanting nothing more then to strangle people,

As rage bubbles up inside me,

I grow shakier,

The angrier I get

Wanting to yell, and scream, and shout.

Do people not get the clue?

The one that clearly says to leave me alone,

SHUT UP, SHUT UP, SHUT UP!!!

I wanna shout

How can I contain it?

What do I do to contain it?

I don't know

All I know how to do

Is continue with this,

Anger

The author's comments:

What inspired me to write this poem is that I have anger issues but I have this one class at school that is the worst because people don't know how to be quiet so instead of doing something I'd regret I wrote this.
