Digging your own Grave
Filled with worries
My heart cries
Thinking of the past
Wanting to die
Feelings of shame
Take over my thoughts
Stuck in a mind cell
Leaving me to rot
"Help," I cry
As I dig myself out
Stop, I command
When my mind fills with doubt
At the top
I am almost there
But if I'm all better
Will anyone care
Courage I whisper
Everything will be ok
Anything is better
Then digging your own grave
