Hope.
The clouds part and the sun shines through
I know you are looking down on me
I can feel it
The warmth of the sun on my face
Is like the warmth of your everlasting love
The clouds open up
As if you are calling me to take your hand
Slowly I reach out
And I feel nothing
I'm disapointed but I still feel the suns warmth
So I know you are still there
Closing my eyes I drop to my knees
With my hands stretched to the sky I pray
I pray that you are happy
I pray that you are proud of me
And I pray that I can go on without you
As if she is answering the clouds close back up
I can still see the sun, but its faint
Even that is a glimpse of hope
And hope is all anyone needs
