Goodbye 2014, Hello 2015
"Goodbye," he said, donning his hat,
Grabing his coat and he heads for the door.
"But I know you," I answer, with some tears.
"What difference will that make?" He answers, sounding bored.
"You'll be back," I answered, trying to sound as sure as could be.
He laughs and shakes his head, pulling his coat on and unlocking the door.
"You can stay with her." he answers, full of remorse.
The door opens and out he goes, gone with the winter wind.
And inside, a door opens, and out steps a little girl, 2015.
