Say It.
I don't talk
When I don't know.
But I want to say what I do know.
But I don't say
What I want to
Because I don't know
How to, at least.
I don't want to make it too
Awkward or too
Ambitious for you.
So I don't say
What I want to.
I don't want to make it too
Grand or too
Gruesome, in the end, for you.
So I don't say
What I want to.
I care too much
So I don't say it.
When really,
It would be better,
Possibly,
If I did say it.
I may not seem shy,
Despite that I am,
Because when I know it
And how to say,
Which happens half of the time,
I can say it;
Oh boy, can I say it.
And I say it with a smile.
Maybe I should look it over,
Know it a little more.
Then maybe
Just maybe
You'll hear me
Say it.
