kangaroo

Kangaroos are graceful
they bounce through the valley
pouncing at prey
jumping high like an antelope
Armadillos are gray
thou roll like the wind
lurking place to place
And they see the kangaroos
hopping with such grace
Like they are in a big race
both are vegetarians
they eat the earth
their bellies have girth
armadillos in a shell
like a suite of armor
kangaroos have a pouch
like a grocery bag
