I like it better in the dark.
Being surrounded by an endless pool of black
But not drowning
The unknown gives it an edge
And adventurous feel
But there's comfort in it too.
The lights out there are too bright for me
Blinding almost
An artificial resource used by those who are afraid
But I am not afraid.
Yes, I like the dark much better.
It's safer there.
Peaceful.
Quiet.
